Warranty terms and recalls: A one-year warranty applies from the date of purchase. This means a product must perform as you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect. We always do our utmost to provide you with the best products through various inspections and samples. In some cases, you may still receive a defective product. We want to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Amersdan LTD guarantees your legal rights to an item that meets reasonable expectations. The warranty may vary by product, but is generally handled through replacement, repair, or refund.
The product warranty may be voided in the event of damage caused by dropping, impact, or overheating. This also applies if the defect falls within the expected pattern of normal use of the item. In these cases, no claim for free returns or replacement can be made. Any reported defect or complaint can be assessed by our qualified repair department. They can then determine whether or not there is an actual defect.
Examples of things not covered by the warranty:
- Breakage (unless it is a demonstrable production error),
- Damage caused by improper use by the buyer (such as falling and scratch damage by the buyer),
- Damage caused by modification or repair by third parties,
- Damage caused by overheating and/or aggressive chemicals,
- Damage due to user marks, such as scratches with sharp objects,
- Discoloration due to use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray,
- Discoloration due to cleaning with chemicals,
