Exchange or return
We believe it's very important that you're always satisfied. Despite our extensive service and guarantees, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days. We'll refund the full purchase price, starting from the date the product was shipped. The product can only be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
We will refund your order payment, including any delivery costs we charged for your order. We will issue the refund once we receive the product or until you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used for the refund, unless you agree otherwise. The refund is free of charge. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will credit the order amount within 14 days.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
- Send us a message stating your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
- Once we receive your message, we will send you the instructions and return address of our fulfillment partner.
- Pack the item in the original packaging or sturdy packaging material. Include the packing slip or payment overview. Take your package to a PostNL point and have it shipped.
- Once we have received your return, we will transfer the amount to you as soon as possible, but within 14 days.
- We would appreciate it if you let us know why you want to return the product, but this is not necessary.

Please contact us as soon as possible (within 1 hour of ordering) at info@hinature.nl and we will cancel the order for you.
