1. When will my order be delivered? When will my order be delivered?

We do our best to ship your orders within one business day. Delivery times are entirely dependent on PostNL. 95% of mail is delivered the next day after dispatch.


2. My order was postponed, but I still haven't received it a day later.

Unfortunately, we have no control over PostNL's delivery times. If you haven't received your order after a few days, please contact us by email at info@hinature.nl. However, it can take up to 8 days for PostNL to deliver your order.


3. What are the shipping costs for my order?

Orders above 20 euros are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.


4. Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you can return the order undamaged. Please always notify us of your return by email first so we can process it quickly. You will receive a refund within 14 business days.


5. Cancel order

If you've already placed your order and received a confirmation email from us, but still want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible (within one hour of placing your order) at info@hinature.nl and we'll cancel the order for you.


6. Are there any costs associated with return shipping?

Unless otherwise agreed (for example in case of defects), the costs for return shipment (so-called return costs) are at your own expense.


7. My order is incomplete or damaged, what should I do?

Please contact customer service and we'll try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you received a damaged item, please send us a photo and we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible!
